Q.

#asktheexpert Good Morning mam, I want to ask for the dryness problem of my daughter. Her skin is too dry like a scrub. There are rough small patches also. I have used mustard oil, coconut oil and other moisturizer lotions( as recommended by the doctor). But nothing works. Please tell me if it is any medical problem/disease. Can it be handled with home remedies instead of using various medicated lotions?

A. Thanks mam for your prompt response. Yes mam, I have used vaseline petroleum jelly also. But it's scrub like roughness doesn't heal. I will surely try the Cetaphil lotion prescribed above. I use himalaya soap alternative days, not daily. If this soap is not safe, please suggest soap for her sensitive skin.
