2. Cereal Porridges:
Oats Porridge: You can prepare it with full-fat milk or formula milk. Oats are great for digestion and keep the baby full.
Ragi Porridge: Ragi is rich in calcium and iron, which is great for the baby’s growth and immunity.
Rice Cereal or Khichdi: Soft khichdi with rice, lentils, and a pinch of cumin can be comforting and nutritious for the baby.
3. Mashed Vegetables:
