#AskTheExpert good morning Ma'am, my wife is 35 weeks pregnant, past a couple of days we can see that her hands and feet have swollen. Food is also not digesting easily. She cannot sleep properly at night. Please suggest if it's normal or is there any complications?

please don't get panic about this matter
please take small portion of food at many times
please include fresh fruit and veggies in your child daily diet
please take small walk regularly
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
