please do the following things:
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep body well hydrated.
place pillow under legs while sitting and sleeping.
for example
if she is sitting on chair,take other chair and place it infront of her and place legs on it.
gently massage legs in upward direction.
maintain good hygiene
