#asktheexpert Gm sir Meri 3 years old baby girl he use khasi bhut time se aarhi he or usse helopathi medicine dete he jab tak thk rehti he phir or khasi aati he phir humne homeopathy medicine Lena start Kiya Dr ne suggest Kiya he ki ise cold product Harmful rehte he or ye bhut zyada cold product khati he jab khati he tab khasi aati he or nhi khati to khasi nhi aati ab kya krna cahiye sir kuch suggest kriye smjh me nhi aarha he

A. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child. For cold you can give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly. Indirect steam can also be given. For fever and pain give paracetamolz Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm wazter to drink. . For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child
