#AskTheExpert Dr.my daughter completed 5month on 1st august her birth weight was 2.7and now she is 5.3kg she did nt doubled her birthweight she is 100grms less is this a matter of concern

Yes It’s a matter of concern for you because you are calculating the your child’s weight at the age of fifth month it is six months completion not fifth months beginning you know you just little bit confuse there your child is in the right wait for five months and within one month if your child gains about a minimum of 500 g then it’s going to be fine
