A. You can try giving different consistency of food like Idly Suji porridge upma dosa pongal etc. and if you are non-vegetarian then you can also give lean meats eggs dry fruit and nut powder in the diet,Write Your Answer Here

A. Its Completely okay for the timing you try to give more of vegetables along with the rice if you want to add this in certain times kids just like to have plain Paratha plain rice with ghee and salt so give that but just try to give at least 3 to 4 bytes of a particular thing when you are feeding proper lunch or dinner
