A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained no problem you can give banana in the cold.

No That a lot of people give banana to the child on an every day basis one banana per day is good enough to go for it’s very healthy it’s rich in potassium and all so it’s recommended by doctors also that you should definitely give banana to the child it has got nothing to do with the fact that a child is going to catch
