#AskTheExpert Does breast size matters in milk supply? i am using Lactare capsules, Lactonic granules with milk and eating healthy food and water. But still my bm is low. all are saying that this is because of low breast size. Please suggest.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. continue with all lactogenic supplement. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often.
Have fluids before and after breast feeding. take papaya, oats, milk n milkml products to improve milk secrition.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello breast size and milk secretion are not inter related not to worry and if you fell milk secretion is low then you can even express your milk using Babyhug breastpump and feed the same using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug which can also be helpful
