#asktheexpert Hi Mam My daughter is lactose intolerant, I was taking lactonic granules twice a day with milk. Now I can't take any milk products. Lactonic granules helped me a lot in increasing my breast milk supply. Please let me know any good medicines for boosting breast milk supply in the form of capsules or tablets. Should not have any side effects or affect my baby

A. Hi parent leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks it's ayurvedic take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 include more probiotics and seasonal fruits
