A. for weight loss it is always preferred not to go for any medication or any diet plan you should always do exercise as even 10 minutes exercise daily will help you get a very good result

A. hello if you are doctor as advice for it then you may try with it which is not a problem but also make sure to have a healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet and you should be doing walking and exercise which will help reduce your weight and nothing to worry about
