A. Hi mom As u have just delivered baby two months back, just eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for healthy milk supply and to recover from weakness after delivery. Secondly It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga cycling jogging dance gym etc. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
