ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear It happens due to pregnancy hormones and you have to take lots of water and high fiber diet on a daily basis. If you don’t have diabetes then you can take syrup lactulose 10 ml night before sleeping for not more than 5 days
