Kriti PalialMom of 3 children8 months agoA. i had same issue, soak black rasins overnight, boil fennel seeds and soaked black rasin in milk and give it to her. i use to take this milk everyday. worked better than any medicine. never had any constipation again.

Include more fibre foods - Apple,banana,Pear,orange,carrot,beet root,cucumber,bottle gourd,ragu,jowar,wheat,curd,more water,fluids for increasing bowel movements.
Have luke warm water or dry dates soaked water with empty stomach regularly apply coconut oil on tummy night before bed or early morning to soften stools.
