Betal leaf (Tamalapaku ) meeda amudam rasi oka plate meda petti heat cheyandi 30 seconds ala koncham leaf vedi taggaka baby tala pai oil unna side leaf ni tippi pettandi oka 1-2 minutes lo leaf black ipotundi apudu teseyochu. Ila morning ,evening 2 days cheste cold taggipotundi.
