Mash or blend the mixture to a smooth consistency. You can add a small amount of ghee for flavor and extra nutrients. 3. **Mashed vegetables**: Steam or boil vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, pumpkin, or bottle gourd until soft. Mash them well or blend them into a smooth puree. 4. **Ragi (finger millet) porridge**: Cook ragi flour with water or breast milk until it thickens into a porridge-like consistency. Ragi is highly nutritious and a good source of calcium and iron. 5. **Fruit purees**: Puree soft fruits like banana, apple, pear, mango, or papaya until smooth.
