Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you need to protect your child from Summer heat by keeping comfortable temperature and using cotton clothes .you can apply zoccon powder on the prickly heat rash area. The area should be kept dry and clean . You can give bath daily with lukewarm water using a mild soap like baby hug or sebamed . Additionally can allow the child to sleep in AC at a temperature maintaining 26 to 27 degree centiiegrade but try to avoid any direct air of cooler or AC over the baby.
