please give only breastmilk till completion of Six month
after that you can start other liquids and slowly switch to semi solid mashed meals.
be very slow in weaning

No you should not. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk till baby turned six months old so there is no need to give anything else to your baby till six months. Mother’s milk contains high percentage of water which fulfil the need of water in babies so don’t give anything else.
