NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes it is absolutely fine and safe to use the medicated shampoos for dandruff even during breastfeeding which is not a problem.. just make sure to rinse well and us not a problem at all.. it will not effect baby in breastfeeding it
