#AskTheExpert Can I have moong dal after C-section?? In 4 and half months postpartum..and exclusively breastfeeding my baby..

A. dear mum, yes, you can surely have moong dal. you can have all types of dal, pulses, legumes, beans. all of these are rich source of protein. there is no restriction for healthy food.
