Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Yes you can have but not in excess should have in limited quantity have a healthy diet avoid fried spicy junk gassy food as much as possible also keep your self hydrated so drink plenty of water and also other liquids like coconut water buttermilk etc
