Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi nothing. breastfeeding mother can take all food items which she want. but she should take all food items in moderation. it is better to prefer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet so that baby's immunity remains high. it is better to avoid taking extreme spicy and sugary food.
