#asktheexpert belly fat didn’t reduce. Not getting time for exercise.

A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and age. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking will also help in zdecreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruitxs for adequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

A. you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
