Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk for babies. From 6 month onwards start semi solids, water, fluids because below 6 months baby can't digest solids, water. As baby is 3 months old only feed breastmilk or formula milk until 5 completed months give feed every two hours and burp after every feed.
