#AskTheExpert am feeling too much gastric from yesterday, so am getting vomit for undigested food. c section done on 1st Oct. am worried about stitches

A. I vomited 3 times frm yesterday does it harm my stitches?

A. good morning I would recommend you to take a ajwain water in the morning on an empty stomach and otherwise also instead of having normal water you should have warm ajwain water to help to get rid of gas
