#AskTheExpert Almost 3 months before I delivered a boy. what diet I can follow to keep myself energetic and get rid of the weakness?

A. Hello dear parent, you should only eat good and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water. And the weakness will go with time. As you will be able to sleep properly, you will feel energetic.
