Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to answer this question it really depends on what kind of child but you had if it was normal then make sure you let your body rest for about a month and then you can start with eating right basically eating healthy diet with low sugar food items and no junk and you can also start with walking and basic yoga and then build up your stamina and go back to your regular routine full stop exercise will definitely help you get back in shape
