A. you can after 6 months to lose weight.Always keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

A. hi it is advisable to start any workout only after 6 months of delivery. but till that,you can start walking. go for daily walk . don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. avoid taking junk food.
