#AskTheExpert AFI deepest pool is 7.2 cm My gynecologist said that I have excess fluid. i had undergone diabetes test and It was normal. What should I do now?

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children2 years agoA. alo g with other precautions suggested by your doctor walking can help with fluid retention. Standing in water for 20 minutes will decrease swelling. Ditch your heels for now and wear comfortable shoes, and don't stand on your feet for long periods of time without moving
