My wife is 9 month pregnant scan says AFI is 7-8 cm , please suggest how to increase amniotic fluid

The amniotic fluid index is on the lesser side and you have to take a high-protein diet along with lots and lots of water and also the medication as prescribed by a doctor and keep a strict count of the babies movementWrite Your Answer Here

At some point between 11 and 13 weeks your healthcare professional will suggest conducting a Nuchal Translucency (NT) scan. This scan tests for Down syndrome and for accurate results, you need to know how far along you are.
