My wife is 9 month pregnant scan says AFI is 7-8 cm , please suggest how to increase amniotic fluid

The amniotic fluid index is on the lesser side and you have to take a high-protein diet along with lots and lots of water and also the medication as prescribed by a doctor and keep a strict count of the babies movementWrite Your Answer Here

Knowing how far along you are in your pregnancy is important. At some point between 11 and 13 weeks your healthcare professional will suggest conducting a Nuchal Translucency (NT) scan. This scan tests for Down syndrome and for accurate results, you need to know how far along you are.
