#AskTheExpert actually problem ye h ki mera baby c section se hua h... baby se phle periods 5 days hote the... bt ab 3-4 din suru me bs drop drop hote h fir 5dsys phle jese normal... total mila k 10 days.. bahut pareshn ho jati hu... haan ek baat or C-section k time copper T b lgi h mujhe.. maine padha h ki copper T lane k baad periods up down hote h... please btao m kya kru

A. you can xonsult the doctor ,need to check first examine you.post delivery kitna time hoa hai?? you can take tablet pause fr 3 day amd see if bleeding stops .just wait n see

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in periods after delivery is very normal and please have rich fiber nd proteins diet and also do some regular exercise and yoga. also evaluate once with your gynecologist in person. take care
