Q.

#asktheexpert Aarav has cold and kuff since last 5 days. medicine given ofloxacin 100 mg 3 days then Amoxicillin clavulanic acid dry powder for syrup+ levosalbutamol,ambroxol,guanfacine and motas L. but no any improvement seen. kindly suggest medicine for the same.

A. you have used all appropriate medicines to the baby along with antibiotics also if there is no relief baby needs investigations probably baby needs inhalation therapy also . . . .

A. Hi Please give indirect steam to the child and still if there is no relief consult your doctor once again go for a course of antibiotic and start nebulising the child that will give you a much better relief to the child because with nebulisation the cough is going to come out of your system of the child
