hello sir my son Aarav is suffering from fever last two days, I give some medicine like noble plus syrup, Azithromycin 100 mg drop, multivitamin drop, it's ok plz give advice

A. may be viral. Any child specialist near by you or your routine pediatrician can be consulted for the query you have raised because it is difficult to proper give answer regarding the same without examine the baby .
