Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi well ,type of delivery depends on many factors like baby size, baby position, amunuitic fluid amount etc. so please don't take stress for this. you can do some exercises from now but it should be done undersupervision of your gynecologist.
