A. There are chances of vaginal delivery but they are less. Usually by this time the head should have engaged but either because of the large size of the baby or because of malposition of the baby that might not have occurred . Sometimes if the labor pains start because of the contractions of the uterus the baby might get adjusted especially if it is in the wrong position. But it is not a guaranteeWrite Your Answer Here

A. since head is not engaged till now there is less possibility to get engaged after this time so it would be better to have proper examination by your doctor and you can wait for one week more if still not engaged then you should go for Cesarean
