Do have regular daily walking
For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking
once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

As at this time fetus inside is growing at a greater pace ad is also developing lungs to breathe properly. So you should take rest abd avoid any lifting heavy things. Also since your are pregnant I would suggest you I stay in touch with your gynaecologist for proper examination
