A. hi mam,to reduce your weight,you must do exercises or yoga regularly but only after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk take homemade healthy food. but avoid taking processed oily spicy food. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more so you can take green leafy vegetables, fruits and sprouts etc
