#askthedoctor I want to know that health drinks like complan, Horlicks ..are benifcial or not?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. not advisable milk supplements and health drinks and protein drinks are given only after completion of two years of age and whether your child requires any milk supplements or not will be decided by your doctor but if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any milk supplement to the child. try to concentrate on home based diet for your child

I Don’t think so they are so beneficial because they are nothing pure if you think that it is going to be pure or something to be given to the child something which is extremely beneficial then I don’t think so but still if you want to go ahead with something then you can there is no restriction on that a lot of people prefer eating terms of changing the flavour and sometimes it will be useful also as per their belief
