#askthedoctor..I am 13 weeks pregnant..meri double marker test trisomy21 mai high risk aaya hai.. doctor ne nipt test karaya hai... result ka waiting time chal Raha hai...but mujhe bht stress ho Rahi hai anxiety..chest ke paas ghabrahat si...kisi kaam mai Mann nahi lag raha ... although mai bahut busy rakhti hoon khud ko but phir bhi Aisa ho raha .plz suggest me how to deal with this situation..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. yes keep yourself busy do some yoga discuss this with your other family members near and dear. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
