Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child. For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block. For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child Indirect steam help in decreassing coughing For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with dwater combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. you can give the prescribed medicine to baby... give steam inhalation warm compress with ajwain potli on baby chest and back use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
