#askthe expert hi mam.. I am a mother of 4 months 29days old baby boy... He is suffering from cold and cough from 2 days ..had a cough syrup but no changes.. How can i reduce it by home remedies?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inhalation . anti-cold medicines at this agex have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. for fever and pain give paracetamol continue the regular ddiet which is being given to the child x
