Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear you need to do proper workout....but as you have recently delivered.you cant do as of now..as of how indulge in healthy eating..and post aux months of delivery you can start with exercise..dont starve at all..have warm water through out the day
