A. To reduce stretch marks after delivery, include protein and fiber rich diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, cycling, brisk walking, breathing and yogasanas. Apply Bio oil or Aloe vera gel with coconut oil twice a day on affected areas.
