A. Hello to loose weight you need to have well balanced diet with all vital nutrients like protein and balanced carbs and fats with micro nutrients in proper amount small frequent meals to be taken start exercise after you complete 5months

A. Hi Mom, Maintain healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise will help you to reduce weight naturally. Exercise regularly atleast for 30 mins. Choose healthy proteins. Avoid sugar, refined carbs and fried items. Thank you and have a good day.
