#askexperts is it safe to salt in baby's food? I heard it isn't safe to salt in baby's food till yr. please advice.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, it is not safe to add salt to your baby’s food till 1 year and it should be completely avoided. You can add little bit of sugar to your baby’s food.
