A. Hello mom You have to take care of your diet and especially some physical exercise be it brisk walking or dance workout or yoga for at least 30 to 45 minutes a day apart from that they care of your diet which you need to avoid sugary ,processed and refined foods and avoid heavy meals especially during bedtime and in late evenings
