#askexperts I'm a mom of 5 months old.. I'm breastfeeding my baby. I put on a lot of weight during my pregnancy. Even Now I still have a lot of belly fat and I'm overweight too. I need to lose 25 kgs as per my BMI. Please help with that..

A. drink plenty of water in a day. start your day with zeera water. have a balance diet of carbs protein and fat. have multi grain atta. avoid having carbs at night. start with walk or yoga. avoid oily snacks and sugary drinks.
