I m a mother of 6.5 month old baby . how should I fast on janmashtami while breastfeeding.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. your baby is more than 6 months of age you can give some winning foods also to the baby no problem in fasting for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

You should not be fasting actually you can just go ahead without doing your Pooja that you have to if you want to fast and do a fast where you can eat at least the food that you can have on fast like fruits or sabudana or any of these things And consume as much good as liquid you can because consuming liquid is going to help in maintaining hydration as well as will help in boosting the milk as wellWrite Your Answer Here
