eat protein rich diet and drink lots of water.
massage scalp regularly with coconut oil at bedtime.

Hello ma’am It’s a common issue after delivery so I would just advise you to start applying oil onto your scalp on a regular basis and start using chemical free shampoo like baby shampoo or something and if possible you can you should start using mineral water for the same. And if you need you can make onion oil also you can find the recipe on YouTube for the same
