Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day apply coconut oil daily on your hair. wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder. or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water. stay stress free.
